50 Plus explores the relationships between older healthcare workers and changes taking place at hospitals emergent from the widespread introduction and rapid diffusion of new information and communication technologies.
We analyse how new ICT systems make differences in everyday practice of nurses and doctors, and how management, labour unions, and individual workers act, or do not act, in order to prevent exclusion and advance inclusion of older healthcare personnel.
The aim is to contribute to develop the healthcare sector as a healthy, inclusive workplace for all.
